PERSIMMON CREEK MAKES “CHRISTIE’S” LIST
Christie Dufault, Wine Director of Quince in San Francisco…recently selected Persimmon Creek’s Late Harvest Riesling to add to her carte de vin. Quince is one of San Francisco’s hottest restaurants, and Quince’s Chef/Owner Michael Tusk was named San Francisco magazine’s 2004 “Rising Star Chef of the Year.” Dufault was formerly the Chef Sommelier at Gary Danko, San Francisco’s highest rated restaurant.
